In October of 2024, Max and Kendall shared their beautiful love story surrounded by crisp fall air, rich florals, and the stunning backdrop of The Estate at River Run. Their day struck the perfect balance—classic black-tie elegance blended seamlessly with relaxed, joyful moments.

Kendall and her bridesmaids began the morning in one of the estate’s most picturesque spaces—the iconic pink marble bathroom. Champagne was poured, laughter filled the air, and the excitement was palpable. Dressed in matching satin pajama sets, the bridal party gathered around the soaking tub overlooking the James River, glowing in the natural morning light. From the vintage chandelier to the delicate glassware on the counters, the space was both intimate and regal. It was the perfect setting for Kendall to begin a day filled with cherished memories.

While the ladies toasted to forever, Max and his groomsmen gathered in the richly paneled Woodhaven Billiard Room. Between the occasional crack of pool balls and easy camaraderie, there was a peaceful energy that settled in. Max—composed, gracious, and quietly joyful—shared meaningful moments with his closest friends and family. Their tailored black suits and classic boutonnieres added a touch of timeless sophistication to the morning.

The ceremony took place on the front lawn, framed by beautiful greenery and a timeless water fountain as the backdrop. The front façade of The Estate, with its historic columns and arched windows, provided an unforgettable setting as the couple exchanged vows in front of loved ones.

After the ceremony, guests were welcomed into The Estate’s first floor for cocktail hour, where sparkling chandeliers glimmered above and the scent of fall filled the air. Guests enjoyed seasonal flavors and signature cocktails—“Bird Is the Word” and “Spice Melange”—that infused Max and Kendall’s personality into every detail. A mirrored seating chart provided both elegance and functionality, guiding guests to their tables while serving as a beautiful design moment.

Dinner was held under string lights on the Bluestone Terrace, where round tables were dressed in crisp white linens and gold flatware, accented by personalized name cards and softly glowing candles. As the sun set over the James River, Max and Kendall made their grand entrance down the iron staircase to a joyful crowd below. Guests dined under the stars with panoramic views, laughter echoing through heartfelt toasts. Every element—from the seasonal dishes to the flickering candlelight—added to the romantic autumn ambiance.

The couple cut their wedding cake on the terrace in an intimate, joyful moment shared between the two of them before joining their guests inside the Wedgewood Ballroom. The night continued with dancing, celebration, and memories that will last a lifetime.

As the evening drew to a close, Max and Kendall shared a private final dance, a quiet moment together before rejoining their guests for the grand exit. Friends and family lined the lawn, sparklers in hand, forming a tunnel of golden light. Max and Kendall walked hand-in-hand, radiant with joy and filled with love. Fireworks sticks lit the end of the tunnel, the estate glowing in the background. Their sendoff was cinematic, the perfect close to a day so full of meaning.

A white getaway car—personalized with their names and wedding date—waited at the front drive. With one last wave, the newlyweds drove off into their next chapter.
