Erin has built a life rooted in heart, purpose, and creativity on her peaceful Powhatan family farm. Tucked into the woods, the home she designed and built herself reflects everything she values warmth, intention, and the quiet joy of living close to nature.
She is the proud mother of two incredible girls and a dedicated foster mom to countless kittens. Over the years, Erin and her younger daughter have poured their time and compassion into rescuing, fostering, and finding homes for homeless kittens. What started as a small act of kindness has become a shared mission that has strengthened their bond and filled their home with love (and plenty of tiny pawprints). For Erin, volunteering is more than a responsibility it’s a deeply fulfilling extension of her lifelong love for animals.
Creativity has always been her language. Erin spent more than a decade as the owner of a full-service florist, designing everything from everyday arrangements to breathtaking wedding florals. Her eye for beauty naturally spills into interior design as well, allowing her to transform any space into something warm, intentional, and unforgettable.
Her second career as a Mortgage Loan Officer and Assistant gave her the chance to help people through one of life’s biggest milestones purchasing a home. It also allowed her to build meaningful relationships with families and celebrate alongside them as their dreams became reality.
But Erin’s heart has always been with weddings and events. That passion eventually led her back to where she truly belongs: the Estate of River Run. Here, she blends her gift for design, her love for people, and her organizational skills to support the vendors with all they need to create the perfect event.
