Gracie Evans
Hospitality Coordinator
Gracie is our Hospitality Coordinator and a proud graduate of James Madison University, where she earned her degree in Hospitality Management with a minor in Business. During her time at JMU, she found her passion for connecting with people as a campus tour guide, where she shared stories, built relationships, and helped prospective students feel at home. She also served in leadership roles with the university’s Student Ambassador program, experiences that strengthened her communication, event management, and organizational skills.
Her background in both hospitality and customer service has prepared her to make every client experience at the Estate at River Run thoughtful and memorable. Gracie loves getting to know each couple and working alongside their wedding planners to ensure that every detail reflects their vision. She thrives on making people feel welcomed and celebrated, and her attention to detail ensures that special days unfold seamlessly.
Outside of work, Gracie enjoys exploring Richmond, discovering new restaurants, and spending quality time with family and friends. With a genuine love for people and a passion for celebrating life’s most meaningful moments, she is dedicated to creating events at the Estate that are joyful, elegant, and unforgettable.
